30-day returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts included.
- For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been opened or used (such as the shampoo basin and sock aid) can only be returned if they are defective.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will email you return instructions and the correct return address.
- Please do not send items back to the address printed on the package. Returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
Return shipping
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping, or we can send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
- Changed your mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.
