Shipping

Free shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Delivery: most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after processing.
  • Our products ship from different warehouses. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
  • Larger items such as shower chairs and handrails may take a little longer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Changing or canceling an order

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. After an order has been processed, we may not be able to change it, but you can still return it under our Return Policy.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include photos of any damage so we can resolve it quickly.

30-Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. For hygiene reasons, opened bathroom and personal-care items can be returned only if defective.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts included.
  • For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been opened or used (such as the shampoo basin and sock aid) can only be returned if they are defective.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will email you return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Please do not send items back to the address printed on the package. Returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping, or we can send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
  • Changed your mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.
